Job Description
Monitor the project design from concept design stage to project completion.
Deliver architectural, façade, interior and landscape design assignments;
Coordinate with project team and ensure the design solution can meet top management direction and end user’s requirement.
Carry out feasibility studies on potential projects
Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or relevant disciplines.
Minimum 5 years in architectural design, with experience in residential development and commercial developments;
Strong design skills & the ability to communicate visually
Familiar with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino and the Adobe Suite
Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
